Recipe for making the Maple Pecan fat bombs and caramelized butter pecans.
These are some of the ingredients I used.
Keto Maple Pecan Fat Bombs
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
3 TBSP Kerry Gold butter (softened)
2 Tbsp Choc Zero maple syrup
1 tsp maple extract
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Swerve confectioners’ sugar (more or less to your
liking)
Using mixer – beat the cream cheese and butter together. Add
Choc Zero Maple Syrup, Maple extract and Vanilla Extract and mix well with mixer.
Add in Swerve confectioners’ sugar and
mix with mixer. I put about a teaspoon
into mini cupcake liners and sprinkled some of the caramelized pecan pieces on
top and place in refrigerator. Store in
airtight container.
Caramelized Butter Pecans Recipe
Keto Caramelized Pecans
1 1/ 2 Chopped pecans
2 T Kerry Gold Butter (unsalted)
3 T Sukrin Gold brown sugar
Melt butter in skillet add chopped pecans and sprinkle
Sukrin Gold Brown sugar, stir until coated well and brown sugar starts to caramelize.
Pour on parchment paper in oven 375 about 10 min. Let cool. Break apart.
Bake in Oven at 375 degrees - watch since ovens vary that they do no burn.
After they have cooled take a fork and break apart. Store them in airtight container.
These are also perfect for a snack, put on Keto mug cakes, Keto Ice Cream, Keto whipping cream and strawberries.
